Changi Airport

Hey guys!
I'm in Singapore Changi Airport right now, trying to relieve myself of the boredom of the 10 hour transit time.
So far, 4hours have passed.
Boy am i BORED.
I have been getting lots and lots of exercise walking from one end of the terminal to another.
I saw a few cute guys :3

Mum and I sat separate seats for the MAS flight from Kuching to Singapore cos it was full.
I sat in between this Japanese guy and this Malay guy.
At first, I thought "OMG. A Chinese" when I saw him reading a book which had Chinesey characters on them.
Then I saw his immigration form.
It said "Hiro.... Taka...."
Oops. Japanese :) hehehe my bad.
From Osaka I guess?
Surprised that a Japanese would be doing business in Kuching?

Well I am. bored.
So I guess I will come back again and again and blog some more.
God, I sound so pathetic but WHATEVER.

And my flight is at midnight.
Another 6 more hours of boredom.
Actually, 4 more hours cos we gotta go in by 10.45pm.

New hair

Ohmygod.

I've cut my hair.

This is officially the shortest hair I've had since I was a bald baby !! D:

I'm so sad.

I should conduct a funeral for my hair that was chopped off.

It was inches and inches of carefully cultivated, well-loved hair!!!

I MISS MY LONG HAIR ALREADY.

And ohmigosh.

Just realized something.

For the FIRST time in my life, I will be having the shortest hair among all my sisters!!!

Mum and Posh says it makes me look younger.

And mum went on to rub salt on the wound by saying my long hair made me look OLD.

Dream

I'll tell you about a dream I had last night.

I dreamt that I was going to meet Sha and Anas and I saw Sha's back first.

But the funny thing was there was wings (as in fake wings), white wings, like those they use in costume parties stuck on my dear little sister's back.

And when she turned around and i looked at her in the face, I noticed something weird.

My little sister shrank and was now shorter than me!

And she was smaller too!

Kinda like smaller as in the movie "Honey i shrunk the kids"

And she was wearing this white dress with white wings attached to them.

Shall i describe the dress then?

it's the singlet style neckline and the dress was until her knees.

I thought it was for a Halloween party or something.

Shall I sew an outfit like that for you for your next Halloween party, dearest baby sister? :3

When i saw her i was torn between laughing hysterically or falling on the floor, rolling with laughter.

Then i woke up. :(

How sad. Sha, when i see you, will you be like that???? HAHAHAHHA!!!!!

I hate going to the dentist

Shiaaaaattttttt.
I have a few cavities in my mouth when I went to see the dentist today.
OMG, it hurts so bad and you know me, can never tahan pain.
SO i kept fidgeting and fidgeting (It hurt ok!)
And in the end, Dr Chong said "ok. I better give you an injection"
Me : "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" *gives him a OMG NO look*
Dr Chong : "If not, you have to tahan the pain"
Me : "TOT..........OKOK, I'll take the jab"
And the nurse came with this HUMON-GINORMOUS syringe.
Me :*horrified look* *FLINCH* *gives the doctor "tell me you're kidding" look*
So i covered my mouth with the tissue and said "WAIT!!!!!! I need time to compose myself"
Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale.
OKKKK *inwardly screaming NOOOOO* i'm ready......
But it didnt hurt as badly as i thought it would.
The irony is that only AFTER he finished filling my teeth, the numbness was more strong & now my entire bottom right mouth is numb like what. I can't feel a thing and can't move it either.
ARGH!!!!!!!!! I have to go back there for another god knows how many fillings T0T
And like 2-3 more injections so I'm so takut of pain T-T
Dr said "Like this ah, every time you do a filling, you need an injection"
Me : "*cry* " (Doctors are evil)

I can't eat anything for the next 3 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Until the numbness goes away, mg.
I'd rather do hard physical labor than go for another jab!!!
I actually asked the doctor whether he could knock me unconscious and then do my teeth.
He said no.
Well, it was worth a shot. :(

Shit, I hate going to the dentist.
I avoided going there since July last year till now.
That's about 1 and half years.
Such is the consequences of avoiding that place of torture called the dentist clinic. SIGH.

Exams are OVER!!!!!!!
Boy, oh boy, am I super duper uber happy!!!!!!
I've started working in Dad's office yesterday.
Yesterday I finished 32 MOTs ^_^
And now is 10.25am.
I've done about 10 acknowledgements of receipts.
Ganbatte, I'll try my best!!!!!!! Hehe

I feel like exam is over already!!!!

I'm so jealous of the core science students!

Especially TERTIA HALIM, who kept looking back at me during her last paper and giving me that BIGGGGGGG smile of hers!!!!!!!

And Jassisca who turned to me and immediately said "I'm going shopping straightaway after this paper"

I was like "...................................I have to study add math after this paper .........................."

Anyway the weirdest question I was asked all day!

I was in Foody Goody eating my favourite kolo mee, and then we (me, mum and dad) were leaving when we ran into Uncle Hugh and Uncle Gabriel.

Then obviously they started to talk.

And then suddenly Uncle Hugh pointed to me and said "Bumiputera?"

I was like thinking, "HUH?! Are you talking to me? But Dad is Chinese."

Well, clearing up the misunderstanding, I'm registered as a Chinese in Sarawak lol.

But why do I feel as though it's already ended?? >_<

Btw, doggie news at home.

Dukey looks like he's gonna be on diet for the next 2 weeks.

Even though my poor Duchess finished her period, PRINCESS has hers now and he's following her everywhere, like a lust-crazed Romeo !

He even sleeps outside in the afternoons!

Oh I am sooooo glad I'm going past gluttonous stage now that exams are ending!

I always eat & eat & eat like there's no tomorrow when important things are approaching, esp. exams. :(

So glad to be over this phase.

And I will have enough hours of sleep too!

This whole week, I think I had max. 5 hours of sleep a night!!!!!

I need my beauty sleep back ~`

We talked about drama, which reminds me, I have to borrow her Tamra's Island t0morrow.

4 more days of exam, exam and exam fever (not including Saturday and Sunday).
Hopefully, our pimples will stop sprouting like mushrooms after the exams. >_<
And we can regain some WELL-NEEDED SLEEP.
I'm so gonna catch up on my sleep and hibernate for a few days.

Yesterday I took this IQ test on mummy's new iTouch (this is for her games) and I took it 7 times!!

Wahahahhaha!

The first result was 144.

Yeah, then the next was 141.

Then I got lazy and simply did the test and I got 117 (-_-)

Then I used a calculator cos I was lazy to count the math questions that popped up and it went up to 154!

Then 155!!!!

^_^

But mum said using a calculator is cheating!

But if you don't know how to calculate the answer, there's no point in having a calculator too RIGHT????

Well it's only cos I watched all the other movies already and I haven't watched this yet. :S

It's a quite average movie, bordering on boring.

But if you like those Latino dance and settings, plus Malibu settings, this is the movie to watch.

They spoke some Spanish, but it was enough for me to go O.O

I don't know why, I finished really fast, as in in 40 minutes.

I wanted to do the international trade and quotas and tariffs question (my fav) but I couldn't define Government's Budget so NEXTTTTTT!!!!

The pen I used is not comfortable and kept giving me hand cramps. Serious !

So we asked the auntie selling the joss sticks and she told us it's the 1st day of the 9th mth of the Chinese calendar so a lot of people came.

The main table was FILLED with offerings, oranges, rice, food, etc etc .

I even saw instant noodles! hahhahaha

Mum went to do her hair with Cikgu Jen today.

I'm.....kind of....jealous....

Cos I wanna cut my hair too ! >_<

But it's longer now, just about one more inch till it reaches my waist *beams*

I'm so happy!

So I'm too takut to cut it now :S

But I really want to do something about it.

The weather so hot lately, I could faint.

I nearly had a heart attack and was running up and down the house at 11pm at NIGHT, looking for it, cos I was too scared to ask mum whether she had it, later she scold me for losing it.

Yesterday was moon cake festival, all the kopitiams and restaurants seemed to be crammed with people.
Dad and I went to Lee Ming at 6pm and waited for our food (which was just soup, veggie and fried rice) for HALF AN HOUR.
Can you believe it?
Kuching people don't like waiting long for their food and we're no exceptions to that.
I met Cikgu Charlene Kho (my Form 1 Geogrphy teacher) and her husband.
They came when we were nearly done lol.
She asked me about UK.

You know, the most popular questions I've been receiving as of late are :

"When are you leaving to UK?"
"Are you excited about going to UK?"
"Are you lonely without your sisters?" (Answer : Heck no! XD)
"Are you the youngest?"
"HUH? You're STILL here?? I thought you left already!!" (Yeh Shan thought I went to Australia hahaha and Angelo thought I left to UK already lol)

And people even asked me " You're leaving alone now? How sad. Are you lonely?"
Me : *smile* (in my mind, ROFL hehehe)

Boy am I bored.

Auntie forgot the time and she thought it's 10 minutes earlier.

So she made us start first.

Malvin, Mel and I were studying in the library, thinking we're still early, when Jae Hyun burst in and said "WEI, your exam start already"

We literally jumped out of our chairs and RUSSHHHHHHHHHHEEDD into the exam hall, where everyone was already seated and doing their exam!!!! -____-

I don't know where I'm going now.
Just a path shrouded by darkness is all I can see.

I wonder how I'm gonna finish studying them all. T-T

Went to Spring today for dinner with my sisters before they leave!

And my dad too haha.

I ate my beloved Japanese ! :3

Oh, I finished eating first and was bored, so I went to go buy the crepes Sha has been dying to eat since the third floor opened, but never got the chance to.

On the way, I met Kim's mum *my auntie* and we talked and used the escalator up to the second floor lol.

Kim looks more like her everyday xD

Then, on the third floor, I saw Ms Song!

And her sister.

And after ordering the crepes, I walked around like 5 times so I eventually got so bored, I went and sat down in the stupid shop.

Then Ms Song and her sister came and ordered the crepes too.

So she sat down with me and we started chatting.

Then we saw Patrick and his parents!

LOL, he looked so pai seh. X)

Then, I was asking teacher about some maths when my sisters came and sat down with us.

Then, I saw this lady in purple waving at us.

Looking closely, I was like "hey,,, she looks familiar...."

Then, "OH! It's Andy's mum ! "

And I waved back.

Then leaned back on my chair and saw ANDY.

Waved .

Then "Byebye!"

Ms Song was like " You guys should be at home studying for your exams! Instead I see all of you out! Now I know why if you guys get bad grades"

I went like ";PP"

Then we both laughed.

HAHAHAHA (This is so gay, what am I typing? XD)

The crepes take super long , like 20 minutes ohmygosh.

By the way, just for anyone who's interested, MBO Cineplex in Spring is opening on the 9th September 2009, if I'm not wrong.

But that's when we start our trial . . T-T!!!

Trial is on Wednesday(!!!), which is exactly 1 day and a few hours, minutes and seconds away. (can't be bothered to count)

Oh, we did an econs test on Paper 3 May-June 2009 last week (Analysis and Critical Thinking) and I managed to get A, thank goodness.

It's like my super worst paper .

And today was May-June 2009 Paper 1.

I got 26/30. So careless. -__-

We had our final PE test today!

Some endurance/agility thing.

I remember all the girls went rather easy on the first round.

Then Sally announced to us all that to get full mark we had to get 15 seconds.

I swear, everyone panicked and asked to redo their test.

I went 5 times, my time went from 20. smthg? to 18, to 17, then 16.88 then 16.85. :'(

Didn't get to reach 15.

Oh wellls, at least I tried *shrug and smile*

Congrats to everyone who went again and again (like me LOL) and got better results! ^_^

Lucky's back!

He came back yesterday morning.

So we went to the temple to pray in the afternoon - Dad, Me, Sha, Anas and Lucky

Anas drove the Camry.

And then guess what.

It was super hot.

And we went around 1 something in the afternoon?

After praying, ba da bing ba da bung.

The car couldn't start!

Dad was scolding Anas, saying she didn't put the key or whatever properly.

So we tried, and tried, and tried again and again and again.

In the end, we all pushed the car up the short slope while Princess Anastasia sat in the car.

This nice guy who was praying also helped us.

He had tattoos, the chinese ones though.

Ok, gotta go.

Holidays have begun.

Today our school celebrated Malaysia's Hari Kebangsaan ke-52!

The performances were pretty standard, as usual, with the Years 2 and 3 performing (As always)

But the performance I liked the best was the Indonesian one, the last item.

Comprising of the leftover Indons of IG1, IG2 and Year 9.

The rest of them went back to Indonesia for holidays already. -__-

Umm, what next.

Oh yeah.

Today is Sha's last day at school. . .

I'm gonna be the only one attending school every damn morning at 7 friggin am, possibly even earlier!!!!!!!!

I really hate Sundays.

Because of the bloody anticipation of the next school week, that is, Monday.

And plus the fact that on MONDAYS, we have this teensy weensy subject called ECONOMICS which I must confess to have a raging dislike for, ruins the thought of Mondays.

Oh god, am I dreading sitting in that dirty, disgusting white classroom and let the talk of exams, money, government, income, tax, expenditure, revenue, firms, capital and all that just zoom by me.

I'm doing my add math homework actually, and got super frustrated.

I really can't wait for IGCSE to be over.

Ugggggghhhhhhhh.
I hate my english teacher sometimes.
You know how we're having haze nowadays?
She doesn't allow us to turn on the aircon and even if she does turn it on, the temperature is literally 25 bloody degrees hello!?!?!?!
And what's more, when we finish (emphasis on FINISH) all her work, all we can do is check it about a gazillion times AND read a book. -___-
Geez.

Ooh, today we had our volleyball test for the Year 11 girls.
I managed to serve ! ! !
I'm so happy~
In one shot.
Then we played a game IG1 VS. IG2 .
I was in the IG2 team - Tertia, Ha Eun, Jen Kueen, Jassisca, Han Na and me

IG1 team - Kim Kho, Kim Huang, Edna, Ileana, Ye Ju, Connie

We won ~ ~ ! :DD

The score went something like this : 20 to 4.
Because Ms Sharon didn't bother keeping track after our (IG2)'s 16th goal. Hehe.

Oh I managed to finish Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging.
The movie was pretty okay, I loved the sweet, romantic parts.
But I friggin' HATED the main actress. ==
She spoilt the whoooooooole movie.
Cos I didn't like her accent and her eyes (one is bigger than the other)
And when she went," So you think I'm PERFECT?"
I went "UGH ! *slaps own face in disgust* "

Today was the pre-UK Departure briefing at 4 Points.
It was really interesting.
We had this alumni guy from the University of Exeter speaking and he was damn funny.
Made us all feel like going to UK ASAP.

And we literally went "YAY!!!" when the guy talked about shopping and sales and all that.
The University of Bath looks really nice !
Plus it has some famous spa place called the Roman Bath I think.
When we saw that, Anas was like
"Clare you should apply to go there. And when the uni interviews you and say why do you want to go to the University of Bath, you can answer, Because it has a SPA! ! >_<"

Well it was pretty fun, all in all.
Lazy to talk about what he said, I saw quite a number of people going to Oxbridge this year.
EAST Malaysians usually have more going to Oxbridge than West Malaysians I think. That's what Anas says . XD

Jaclyna showed us her school's trial exam paper, which reminded us all that OUR trial is coming up soon.
Someone was very happy.

We had to do this Physics Paper 3 past year exam paper thingy.
I nearly cried through it.

We were nearly dying of laughter through all our stupid ideas. :PP
But it was FUN~ ~ !

For PE, I asked Hee Eun to help me with my volleyball cos I suck at it.
Especially serving.
I found out that my serving position, wrist movement and waist turning is all wrong,
Which is like.... I don't know....EVERYTHING?
But I practised with Hee Eun and finally, FINALLY, I managed to volley the ball over a straight line!!!!

I just got back from piano class about an hour ago.
And MAN.
Am I tired.
I don't know why, but going to music class drains me.

Today is bloody hot again.
For some odd reason, I couldn't sleep last night.
I did some homework, then watched some TV, till around 1am.
And my eyes were super wide open and I couldn't sleep.
So I tried to read some Bio to lull me to sleep.
But sadly, it didn't work that much.

I think it's the weather.
Haze began yesterday,have I said that yet?
Oh, we convinced teacher to postpone our Bio presentation to next week!
Thank goodness.
What on earth was she thinking, making us do a project and expecting us to do a presentation in 5 days?

I was just looking through some of the information Allie got, it's pretty good.

During Chemistry, I helped Allie with stoichemistry.

I wanted to melt from the heat.
It's so hazy that DeSummit looks unclear from my house !
I swear, the whole class was melting.
I was so tired and had this aching headache all day long.
I nearly went to sleep during Econs class.

Oh, Add Math class was pretty amusing.
Dalvin and Marcel were sitting in front of Mel and I.
And we were arguing about movies and actors.
Arvin and Marcel were yelling over our heads about Heroes.
Then, Dalvin turned around and asked about movies.
Then, he turned back.
And Mel started going on and on and onnnnnnn about this guy from "Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging" which I haven't watched yet, but I'm *dying* to watch it.
What's his name again?
Oh yes.
Sean Bourke......I think?
He's quite okay looking la.
But she calls him the MOST handsome guy in the world and went on and on and onnnnnn about his handsome-ness.
It was so funny, she was like "OMG he was shirtless by the swimming pool! " and went *DROOL*.
And blah blah blah, but the way she described was so funny, I swear I nearly fell out of my seat laughing.
So Dalvin heard and turned around, and we (as in the 4 of us) began arguing about Sean Bourke and Alex Pettyfer (<3!!!!)!!!!!

Mel and I heard the rumours that Megan Fox is actually a man and so we said so and Marcel immediately perked up and turned around "MEGAN FOX IS SO NOT A MAN"
And they called my beloved Alex Pettyfer gay, wth!

Okay, so we had this Speech Contest in school today.

I thought it's in the afternoon so we'd miss Chemistry.

Imagine my shock when I saw Mr Peter this morning and asked what time the competition was, and he said 8AM.

I was like "OMG NO! I didn't bring my Chemistry books. T-T"

So yeah, I sat through 2 hours of speeches.

I don't really like to listen to these kind of things, so I brought my word search there to do.

There wasn't any particularly interesting speech, but I guess they were all pretty okay la.

Some of them were so cute when they spoke, their accents lol! xD

English class was, thank goodness!!

We didn't have to write any essays, or edit any essays, or look for information in boring passages.

Thank goodness.

All we did was edit our essays.

I did it with Benson.

And occasionally, got "NUDGED" (more like kicked) by Dalvin.

So I helped See Lik and Dalvin edit their essays too.

I went home during lunch time.
I think we're making soap by a process called saponification today for Chemistry class??

And after that, PE.

But who cares about PE.

Ever since I set foot inside Lodge International, the word "homework" ceased to exist to me.
Yeah.
So I was lagging my way through quartile graphs and Chemistry Organic Chemistry homework.
It was 40+ questions for Chem, including subquestions.
Wow!
And I finished everything! ! *victory dance*
Woo hoo! =D
Anyways today was Report Card Day.
My mum beat me up like mad after seeing my results =.="

But tomorrow is another day =D
Albeit boring one.
I still wonder why we have to take so many useless classes like BM! Citizenship. PE.
What the hell.
Like, literally my 3 most hated subjects in school.
A total and absolute waste of time.

Now I'm doing my crossword puzzle, though I'm supposed to be sleeping.

Hey I haven't been blogging lately.

Well how's school.
lt's been pretty hectic and stuff, with all the revisions coming up.
Actually, not really.
I remember being less stressed, but studying more for my UPSR exam.
Tonight we're having some VIPs and whatever people coming from West Malaysia *I think* for the official opening of the ugly Dun building and some whatever conference this weekend.
Dad's dragging me out to watch the festivities tonight after class.
Right now, I'm waiting for the kopitiam downstairs to open so I can have my super early dinner.
I miss the food there xD

And when he was gonna inject, I was like "WAIT! ! ! I'M NOT READY YET! ! "

I hate injections!

And I feel very weak and tired after that.
I fell asleep during econs class.
I blame the jab for making me sleep!

Oh, submitted the IGCSE Registration form today.
About half the people in Year 11 forgot alllll about it, me included.

So what happens when the spectator becomes the spectated?

It looks fun and interesting just watching from inside.
But what happens when you get involved?

I guess the feelings of those being watched never came into our consideration.
We never felt their pain, never understood how it felt like.

Being in their shoes isn't as easy as it looks like.
Maybe both sides are feeling the pain of the blow as well.
